About
Southern Yorke Peninsula Photography Club
The Southern Yorke Peninsula Photography Club (SYPPC) is a welcoming association of photography enthusiasts who meet regularly to expand their skills and explore diverse photographic techniques. The club encourages personal growth through practical experience and provides opportunities to connect with fellow photographers.
New members and enquiries are always welcome.
We also promote our club activities and monthly image competiton winners on our Facebook page here.
We meet 7.30pm on the first Tuesdsay of each month.
Each month, a theme is selected and members are encouraged to submit digital images related to that theme. Submissions are independently judged by SAPF nominated photographers, with a scored critique presented at the following monthly meeting.
In addition, each meeting typically includes a planned activity, which may include photographic workshops, guest speakers, or photographic outings and excursions. All activities are designed to stimulate, challenge, and inspire photographers to continually improve their skills.
The SYP Photography Club is affiliated with The South Australian Photographic Federation (SAPF) https://www.sapf.org.au/ which promotes the proficiency, art and science of photography for the community of photographers in South Australia.
